Patch 4.2 Firelands Preparation: New Engineering Scopes and Reputation Tokens from Hyjal Daily Quest Hub
One thing we missed from our earlier post about patch 4.2 profession changes was that Engineers are getting a new scope that can proc +300 agility and shoot a rabid critter at the mob? So far this is the only consumable/item enchancement added in this patch.
4.2 Engineering scopes:
- Flintlocke’s Woodchucker
- Squirrel Sights NYI (Not yet implemented)
Update: This recipes are found on 1 of 3 Hyjal Daily Quest NPC’s. You need 150 Mark of the World Tree to unlock each vendor and the items and recipes are purchase with gold. This pattern along with the new 4.2 gun pattern can be obtained by unlocking Damek Bloombeard – Additional Armaments.

Writ of Commendations
Similar to what they had in the Argent Tournament daily zone, these will increase your reputation with their respective cities. These are obtained in the new Myjal daily quest zone that will be added in patch 4.2 and there will also be a new token (similar to Champion Seals) called Mark of the World Tree. There is also a possibility that guild perks and the human racial will increase the reputation gains when using one of these commendations.
